Images and floor plans are from the developer's brochure, which states they are purely conceptual and do not constitute a legal offering. Areas are as per the developer's price list w.e.f. 04.05.2026. Prices marked * are starting prices; the final price depends on floor, facing and the offer applicable at booking, and GST, stamp duty and registration are extra. Prices, specifications, amenities and availability may be changed by the developer. Any purchase is governed solely by the Allotment / Agreement for Sale executed with the developer.

Information we may collect from you
- Details you give us: name, mobile number, email if provided, residence preference, preferred visit date and time, and your consent with its date and time.
- Visit and device details: IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address (city, region, country), internet provider, device type, the page address and the referring page.
- Advertising details: ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid) and campaign tags (UTM values), stored in a cookie for up to 90 days.
- Browser details: a random browser identifier stored in a cookie for up to 12 months, browser type, screen size, language and time zone, used to recognise repeat ad clicks.
Use made of the information
To contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Gulshan Empire and similar properties, as you agreed when submitting the form; to share the floor plans, price list and other details you request; to arrange site visits; and to measure our Google Ads and Meta ads and detect fake, automated or fraudulent clicks and form submissions.
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our CRM (such as Google, Meta and the IP lookup service ipapi.co), and with the developer when needed to arrange a visit or booking you request.
Where we store your personal data
Enquiries and click records are stored in our CRM, which runs on Google Workspace. Ad click records without an enquiry are kept for 60 days. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legal and business records, then deleted.
Cookies
This website uses the Google Ads tag, including enhanced conversions, and the Meta Pixel. When you submit a form, your phone number may be shared with Google in a hashed form to measure ad conversions. These services may set cookies. You can manage ad settings at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook ad preferences, and block cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or stop all contact at any time. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
